Job Summary:
This position reports to the Director of K-12 Operations and serves as a subject matter expert coordinating the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Direct Credit program, and High School Advantage partnerships. The position works collaboratively with internal and external partners to plan various transition activities for students enrolling at Lansing Community College after participating an LCC dual credit program in high school. The incumbent in this position will champion the College’s diversity initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
The position assists the Director of K-12 Operations in awarding college credit for postsecondary enrollment options (ERESA, CCRESA, High School Advantage, etc.) and monitors program effectiveness.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan.
Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience providing support to students and developing K-12 partnerships.
Demonstrated experience gathering data and creating reports.
Demonstrated experience creating written materials and working with the public.
Demonstrated experience with computer software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience developing business or community partnerships.
