Overview:
The Banking & Credit Training and Strategic Initiatives Manager will be a member of the Legal Talent team, will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-impact training to support the growth, development, and excellence of associates in the Banking & Credit (“B&C”) practice. The successful candidate will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of high?impact curricula, guide associate development, and collaborate with practice leadership on discrete, market?informed projects that advance the group’s strategic objectives.

Experience:
6+ years of B&C practice-related experience in an AM Law 100 law firm with experience in (or desire to learn) training needs assessments, instructional design, and adult learning approaches. This role is well suited to an experienced B&C attorney seeking to sustain Big Law impact without a billable docket.
