Job DescriptionThis position provides support to the Accounts Receivable department by monitoring, maintaining and reconciling collections, extended internal payment plans and the write off process. This position coordinates with the Accounting Technician to reconcile International Student insurance payments as well as student refunds. This position provides services through telephone, email and in-person interactions to current and prospective students, families, university personnel and external clientele in a welcoming and professional manner. This position serves as back-up cashier to the Cashiers Office and to Head Cashier for bank reconciliation. This position would also run Access queries for the AR department and perform other dutiesas assigned.
