THE POSITION The Dining Services department at Bryn Mawr College has an opening for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator who will perform a variety of accounting duties supporting the payment and accounts receivable functions. Responsibilities will include oversight for all accounts receivable functions as well as billing for Dining Services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process all invoices for Dining Services & OneCard for payment. Maintains and updates all vendor information and deposits vending checks. Provides weekly cost accounting (ledger printouts) for each unit and monthly expense reports.
