Responsibilities: Prepare loan and security documents with reference to the terms and conditions as set out in a specific corporate loan / project loan application Liaise with relevant parties or lawyers for the terms and conditions / execution of the loan documents Provide consultancy services to relevant parties Handle clients' requests and inquiries regarding loan documentation or operations. Negotiate the credit terms with clients Requirements: Degree or above majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration At least 2-3 years' experience, preferably in dealing with loan documentation in finance institutes or corporate banking sectors
