Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of collections experience with good customer service and analytical skills.  Support the collections department in obtaining customer payment information  Research invoices and working to ensure accuracy  Coordinate with billing department to correct errors to invoices and support customer disputes Monitor collections activities via phone and email to secure updates and commitments of delinquent accounts Escalate collection issues to the appropriate manager and work to develop strategies for collection Education Required: High School Diploma
