Job Descriptions: Assist in the recovery and workout of non-performing loans for enterprises and small-to-medium-sized businesses Provide preliminary advice on collection strategies, repayment plans, or legal action, obtaining internal approval and overseeing subsequent execution Prepare various comprehensive business analytical reports to upper management Liaise with debtors and/or professionals to discuss debt restructuring or repayment plans Assist in monitoring changes in the overall portfolio of the group's non-performing assets, understanding and analyzing the reasons behind these changes, and submitting regular reports accordingly Job Requirements: Tertiary Graduate or
