Provide coaching, development and support to staff members to ensure timely and accurate execution of daily functions, while meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements. Drive implementation of process improvements ensuring all processes and procedures are appropriately documented. Serve as leader resource and subject matter expert in project and business driven initiatives.
