Main responsibilities: Implement group's regional transformation, co-ordinate and supervise Southeast Asian entities to execute group's credit strategies; and to lead and inspire a regional credit strategy, in supporting the group to pursue a risk-balanced, healthy and sustainable risk management objective. Regularly report to the General Manager, Credit Risk Be a centralized focal point to coordinate with all overseas entities and other CRM teams to resolve issues related to Credit Risk Management Lead and inspire a sustainability strategy and implementation to Southeast Asia entities Oversee the Southeast Asian institutions' credit portfolio performance, ensure adherence with major group policies and expectations
