What will you be doing?
Barclays Services Corp. seeks Assistant Vice President, Market Risk Manager-Traded Credit in New York, NY (multiple positions available):
??? Monitoring risk positions against Market Risk and Issuer Risk limits. Escalation of overages as appropriate ??? Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of risk positions, including regular and ad-hoc analysis of VaR, IRC, CCAR/DFAST Stress Testing and Market Risk RWAs ??? Support the senior risk managers identifying and aggregating the headline risks across the businesses. Produce commentary of associated risks in the context of market trends and idiosyncratic events which will be presented, along with Risk metrics, at Market Risk committees ??? Performing regular catch ups with the trading desks challenging outsized or illiquid Market risks as appropriate, whilst providing analysis to help the business to grow in a controlled manner ??? Use technical skills to work with IT and risk reporting functions to streamline existing reporting processes and develop new reports and tools to facilitate risk monitoring ??? Ensuring full risk capture and completeness, both on a procedural basis, as well as a risk factor basis ??? May telecommute
What we're looking for:
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field and two (2) years of relevant experience in job offered or a related occupation

You will be working at our New York, New York location at 745 Seventh Avenue.
