Zions Bancorp has an opening for a Corporate Credit Administrator to support our Technology Banking initatives. Position can be located in Salt Lake City our in Southern California and offers a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Support the Bancorporation Chief Credit Officer in credit administration responsibilities for the corporation, as part of Specialty Credit Administration with oversight of the Bancorporation's Technology Banking initiative
Delegated credit approval authority for Technology Lending Administration of multi-risk grading process and financial analysis systems.
Manages projects to improve credit and underwriting systems. Involved with underwriting, analyzing, structuring, prescreening processes and approvals.
Implements and establishes procedures to accurately assess the quality, trends and composition of various loan portfolios.
Assists in study and interpretation of regulatory rules, guidelines and laws.
Develops and improves management reports.
Monitors specifically identified credits for concerns or problems.
Makes sure staff is trained and updated on regulations, policies and procedures.
Attend and participates in credit committee meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field
8+ years of risk assessments and grading, lending, loan structuring, credit policies and credit analysis or other directly related experience.
Management experience required.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Expert knowledge of all areas of risk assessments and grading, lending, loan structuring, credit policies, credit and financial analysis, including commercial, real estate, dealer and regulatory issues.
Must have excellent risk and credit analysis, underwriting, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service/relations skill.
Ability to work with bank management and executives.
Knowledge of various risk analysis systems.
Must have excellent organizational, problem resolution and management skills.
Ability to work with bank management and executives.
Ability to make sound decisions, motivate and develop others.
Pay range (depending on experience): $190,000 - $220,000
