Working alongside the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, including reviewing and verifying state sales tax exemptions for customers. Approve and release new orders. Tactfully handle dispute resolution on customer accounts and statements. Assist with collections on outstanding A/R. Regularly update customer accounts. Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments, including our team of outside sales reps. Please be detail-oriented and a problem solver.
